We’ve got some big (and very key) staff changes happening on our team. We’re thrilled to say that in the last few weeks we’ve welcomed Brian Righetti, Zach Hurvitz, and Dennis McCarthy to OneVision–as director of finance and operations, director of sales, and technology specialist, respectively.
Brian joins us ready to bolster our success in bringing seamless service to our clients. He’ll be an enormously valuable addition, bringing with him his 20-plus years of experience managing multiple teams and scaling a group to 300 people. Over the years he’s helped capture key accounts and grow revenue for such companies as Via International, Wilshire Home Entertainment, and Conundrum Technologies.
“OneVision’s unique approach to service experience is revolutionary and will most definitely shape the future of delivering services to the modern family–in their homes and on their schedule,” says Brian. “I’m excited to join a team of dedicated professionals who are truly committed to exceeding client expectations every day.”
Zach, formerly the North American Sales Manager for world-renown Stewart Filmscreen, comes to us with a proven track record of converting opportunities with an academic approach. He has a keen appreciation for the fact that we’re selling an experience, not any single brand, product, or transactional service. His careful and measured approach will be appreciated by our clients, to be sure.
“I couldn’t be more excited to join the OneVision team,” says Zach. “Their commitment to providing clients with the best possible user experience is truly impressive. Anyone can sell technology products, but not everyone is willing to go the extra mile to make sure they fully understand their clients’ needs and then craft the entire experience.”
Dennis, meanwhile, began his professional career as a sound recordist and engineer in the television industry covering world events–everything from unrest in the Middle East to U.S. Presidential elections. After 25 years, he settled down at home to spend more time with his family and joined Apple, where he began his new career in personal technology and developed a passion for helping people.
Now, after five years working as an Apple Genius, he has joined OneVision in order to take those customer service skills to the next level as a technology specialist. “I’ve found huge professional satisfaction in taking what I know and using it to make people’s everyday lives simpler and easier,” he says.
