Mark Pagliarini

Director of Partner Support

Mark leads the strategic planning and day-to-day operations for the Partner Support organization, comprised of personalized teams that provide tier-1 technical support and customer service to over 20,000 clients. Mark joined OneVision in 2020 after a successful career in the telecommunications industry where he was responsible for customer support operations, technology, and program management.  

 

When he’s not training our teams to deliver exceptional support for our partners’ clients, Mark can be found unwinding somewhere along the coast with his lovely wife, discovering new vineyards in New England or jamming on his bass guitar – no Grammy’s yet, but he’s still working on that.
