She highlighted OneVision’s Integrator Service Desk and how we’re helping to resolve some key issues for integrators.
A resounding message from the CEDIA show floor was “we want to make the life of an integrator easier”…Kolchinsky (from OneVision) hopes to fill a gap in the market for providing full-time support and service to integrator’s customers, allowing integrators both save time and build revenue through their service contracts…meaning installers only are required if the problem requires a home visit to resolve.
