We started in 2008 providing basic technology services to local families. Two years later, we found ourselves in the CEDIA channel as an integrator and made every mistake in the book. We came out the other side looking very different from the typical home technology professional and learned that the biggest opportunity is in becoming an ongoing Technology Manager.

Our founder, Joseph Kolchinsky, started managing technology in 2008.

We started billing for RMR in the first year because we understood the value proposition of premium support. We never marked up on hardware because we knew service was what we sold. We invested in Ihiji, a pioneer in remote systems management, because we couldn’t imagine a world without their platform. And since 2016, we’ve led the conversation about service/RMR in the CEDIA channel.

When OneVision first attempted service and RMR in 2008, we identified many of the future service-related challenges we would face as an industry. Over the next few years, we assembled a team of former integrators, industry insiders, and outside experts to find creative solutions to these problems.
