Site Files 📂
Site documentation in ProVision just got a major upgrade. Every site in ProVision now includes a dedicated Files section within the Site Documentation tab. You can now upload photos, proposals, and other documents using a simple drag-and-drop interface. Once uploaded, files can be:
Renamed for clarity
Pinned for quick access
Viewed, downloaded, or removed with ease
You can also add attachments from Conversations directly into the Site Files section—keeping everything connected and easy to find. This update ensures front-line support teams always have access to the essential context needed to provide clients with personalized and knowledgeable service.

Presence Indicators 🛠️
Avoid double replies and stay aligned with your team. ProVision now shows when teammates are viewing the same record you are—whether it's a Conversation, Site, or Client.
See initials at the top of the screen for live viewers
Know who's active or idle in real time
Hover for detail, including who visited last
This real-time visibility keeps teams better aligned, eliminates accidental duplication of effort, and ensures everyone is on the same page.

Full-Page Client View 🔍
Gain a broader view of every client relationship. Selecting “Full Page” from a client record now opens a full-page tab in ProVision, offering:
A list of all associated Sites
A history of Conversations
Client contact details and notes
The tabbed layout makes it easy to open multiple entities — Clients, Sites, and Conversations — and quickly switch between them. This is part of our ongoing effort to streamline the interface, so you can spend less time clicking and more time wowing clients.

Notification Enhancements 🔔
Stay a step ahead with smarter alerts. This month, we've introduced a new 7-day Subscription Cancellation Warning for partners using Subscription Management—giving you advanced notice before a site subscription ends so you can take proactive steps to retain the client.
This is part of an increasingly robust notification system designed to keep your team informed and responsive. Other useful alerts include:
Service Level Changes: Track SLA updates that could impact your monthly invoice.
Proposal Notifications: Get alerts when projects are marked as Won or Lost.
Signal On-Call Alerts: Receive reminders when your shift starts.
Notification settings are now grouped into dedicated tabs—CRM, Projects, and Signal—so it’s easy to manage what matters most to your role.

Group Mentions 🔊
Bring the right people into the conversation, fast. In addition to tagging individuals, you can now mention entire assignee groups in Conversations:
Type @ and select a group — like ‘@Advanced Support’
All group members receive a notification
Groups appear right in the same autocomplete list as users.
This feature makes it easier than ever to ensure the right people are notified at the right time, every time.
