New Notifications Preferences & Quick Filters

New Notification Settings page! Navigate to Admin → Notification Settings to configure which events you'd like to be notified about.

Added a Quick Filter bar, visible at the top of the main panel. Great for ad-hoc filtering.

Fixed issue where the project form was not properly linked.

Fixed issue when deleting a filter group, the table would fail to render.
