Keyboard Shortcuts Help Modal

Added a help modal for keyboard shortcuts. Open by pressing ? or cmd/ctrl + / or by clicking on the ? in the top-right of the main panel.

Improved copy and labelling for various proposal-related notifications.

Fixed issue where the number on a task column wasn't fully visible.

Fixed the task details chevron (collapsed vs expanded).
