Added Partner Group as a conditional filter on Sidekick support policies.
Added email notifications when an email campaign needs approval, sent to platform users in groups with the new approval rule; to start this will send approval emails to admin users.
Voicemail and outbound call recordings are transcribed and attached to conversations so Sidekick can use them like live inbound call transcripts.
