Add Bulk Client Actions and new side panel select menu styles

Bulk actions for client records now support soft delete and restore.

Public API clients can now update existing client records with PATCH /v1/client/{id}.

The conversation side panel now uses a new and improved select menu for status, type, and urgency, with search and keyboard shortcuts.

Quick Actions now includes theme controls for Light, Dark, and Auto modes.

Site creation safely handles malformed or oversized address payloads instead of failing with a raw database error.
