Add Navigation and Custom Attributes, Fix Conversation Flows

Refreshed left navigation styling, spacing, and partner menu chrome for a cleaner portal layout. We now have tabs across the top for Home and Settings, to better organize the navigation of ProVision. Soon ProVision will also have new navigation options for search, inbox, and sidekick as well to reduce panel bloat and streamline to ProVision interface.
