OneVision at CEDIA Expo 2026: two CEDIA awards, ProVision's solo debut, and 14 partners honored
CEDIA Expo 2026 is over. We brought twelve people to Denver, the largest team we've ever sent to the show, taught three education sessions, launched ProVision as standalone software, and handed out 14 Partner Awards.
Here's the recap.

ProVision, on its own
CEDIA 2026 unveiled ProVision as standalone software, now available for the first time independent of OneVision's white-label remote support team.
ProVision is the award winning service operations platform running underneath every OneVision partnership; ticketing, on-call management, membership billing, and AI-assisted service tools. Integrators can now run it themselves, without the white-label support layer.
The problem it solves came up in nearly every booth conversation. Many integrators are running three tools that were never built to work together: a generic help desk with no concept of a connected home, a separate on-call app, and a spreadsheet standing in for membership billing. ProVision replaces that stack with one system that already understands memberships, SLAs, and on-call rotations.
What else happened at booth 1623
Live service calls on headsets. Attendees could put on a headset and listen to a OneVision specialist work an actual client issue in real time.

Three education sessions. Alex Boyle, Senior Onboarding Manager, and Lauren Babnigg, Onboarding Manager, taught a full afternoon on the day before the floor opened, covering how to structure and price a service program, how to staff and operationalize it, and how to sell it. Pricing models, SLA structures, and objection-handling scripts included.

Nalgenes. We gave away a lot of them.
What's next
Service was a bigger part of the CEDIA conversation this year than it has been in a while, which tracks with what we're seeing across the industry: integrators are done treating support as an afterthought and are looking for a structure that actually holds up.
If that's where your business is, you don't have to wait until next September to start.
