ProVision, the company's award-winning service operations application, is now available for the first time independent of OneVision's white-label remote support team, allowing integrators to benefit from the company's innovative technology and proven operational frameworks, while keeping client interactions in-house.

An integrator using ProVision, the leading service management software for integrators. He loves it!

Boston, MA - August 25, 2026 – For decades, integrators have struggled to keep up with the ever-increasing support demands of their clients. Since 2016, OneVision has delivered groundbreaking solutions to this problem, providing 24/7 white-labeled remote support and turnkey recurring revenue solutions all backed by their innovative service operations software, ProVision.

Previously, integrators could only gain access to ProVision if they also hired OneVision to handle their tier one remote tech support. Now, for the first time ever, the company is making the software available as a standalone product. This means that companies who want to benefit from the operational expertise OneVision has gained working with hundreds of the industry's best integrators can now do so while still handling all client interactions in-house.

Managing client service at an integration firm is a high-stakes, high-complexity job, and the tools available have never kept up. Generic software ill-suited to the job, scattered notes and documentation, siloed recurring billing systems, and a lack of unified communication channels make it exceptionally difficult to keep up, to say nothing of getting ahead. Service managers and front-line support teams are left scrambling, sacrificing work-life balance, their own sanity, and time that could be spent growing the business because they're too busy putting out fires.

ProVision solves this problem by bringing everything integrators need to power a world-class service department into one unified platform. Featuring AI-powered ticketing, a service CRM, on-call management, and a suite of RMR generation tools, the software was built from the ground up with the unique needs of custom home technology integrators in mind.

  • Conversations gives every team member a full view of client and site history and a unified inbox to manage client communications.

  • AI-powered Triage Intelligence analyzes every inbound message, powering dynamic, intelligent routing based on criteria like urgency and issue type.

  • Signal, the built-in on-call management tool, provides intelligent notification handling, ensuring that clients on premium support plans always get the response times they are paying for.

  • Built-in subscription management keeps client service plans in sync everywhere in the platform, with no 3rd party billing systems to manually reconcile.

  • AI-generated summaries and site health reports give managers an instant read on support activity, recurring issues, and relationship status.

Awarded "Best New Software" at CEDIA 2025, ProVision was previously only available as part of OneVision's full-service platform, including the company's white-labeled remote support team. Now, integrators can choose to keep tier 1 support in-house and still benefit from the proven tools and operational frameworks baked into the software.

"The right software makes a real difference in the service you're able to deliver," says Jason Griffing, OneVision's Director of Product. "We're excited to make ProVision easier to get into, so more integrators can benefit from the tools we've spent years building."

Integrators who later decide to hand off tier one support can add OneVision's white-label remote support team without switching platforms or rebuilding workflows. OneVision's full-service model resolves or de-escalates 96% of support calls, and partners generate an average of $6,300 or more in monthly recurring revenue within their first year.

ProVision is available now as a standalone subscription. The OneVision team will demo ProVision at CEDIA Expo 2026 in Denver, September 2–4, in booth #1623.
