We're excited to share the availability of these three highly requested features designed to streamline communication, boost visibility, and help your team stay in sync.
Email Notifications 🔔
You can now opt into email alerts for key activity inside Conversations. Choose which events trigger a notification so you never miss an important update.
To customize your preferences, just click "Notifications" in the menu on the left-hand side of the app.
Mentions 💬
Need input from a teammate? Use @mentions directly in any conversation to loop in the right person. Just type the '@' symbol and the individual's name to tag them.
Important notes:
The recipient must have mentions enabled in their notification settings
This is for collaboration, not escalation. Use your standard support queue for requests that need triage/basic support.
AI-Powered Summaries 🧠
Busy day? Summaries provide a real-time, AI-generated snapshot of each conversation, helping you quickly catch up without reading every message. Summaries evolve as the thread unfolds, so you always have the latest context at a glance.
