ProVision Updates: In-App Inbox, Full Site View, and AI Writing Assistant

We’re excited to announce three powerful updates in ProVision—each designed to streamline your workflows, reduce friction, and help your team stay focused on what matters most: delivering an exceptional client experience.
In-App Inbox 📥
Cut through the noise and focus on the updates that matter most. Our new In-App Inbox puts key activity front and center; no more sifting through emails or missing critical messages.
Currently in beta and open to all users, once enabled, you’ll find a new “In-App” tab in your notification settings. There, you can choose which events trigger notifications, so your inbox stays relevant and personalized. Each team member can tailor their own preferences:
The Inbox is located under the Workspace section of the menu. Once inside the inbox, click on a notification to see the related conversation. Action menus provide access to other tools such as 'Mark as unread', 'Archive', 'Snooze conversation', and more.

Full Site View 🌐
Manage client sites more easily with our new Full Site View. Previously confined to a side panel, site details now open in a dedicated full-screen layout, giving you more space to view and act on the information you need.
Click any site name from the sidebar to open a centralized view, complete with tabs for Conversations, Clients, Documentation, Memberships, and Projects. Everything is right where you need it, with room to breathe.
AI-Powered Writing Assistant ✍️
Not everyone’s a great writer, and that’s okay! Whether it’s typos, awkward phrasing, or just unclear messaging, our new “Improve Writing” AI prompt helps you clean it up... fast.
Click the AI icon while drafting a message, and select “Improve Writing” to instantly rewrite it for clarity, tone, and professionalism. It's a simple way to make sure every message—whether from a tech in the field or a coordinator at the desk—is on point!
