1. Add Public API List Endpoints

    New

    3
    • New list endpoints are now available in the Public API, which expands the practical read surface for partners and integrators. These endpoints support pagination, sorting, search, and allowlisted filters, and the docs have been updated to reflect the new surface area.

      • New list endpoints now available:
        • conversation/list
        • conversation/{id}/message/list
        • site/list
        • user/list
        • client/list
      • This makes it possible to browse core records through the API instead of relying on one-by-one fetch patterns.
      • The list behavior is standardized across these endpoints, with shared support for pagination, sorting, search, and filtering.
      • conversation/{id}/message/list also extends the API deeper into conversation history, not just top-level records.
      • The developer docs have been updated alongside the release.
    • Added the ability to soft delete a client record. Soft deleted clients can be recovered if needed (based on permissions).

    • Personalize controls for Site and Client side panels, so teams can show, hide, and reorder supported properties.

    Improved

    2
    • Conversation participant search is faster and more reliable when finding people across large datasets.

    • Service Level and Terms of Service selectors now use an updated inline menu experience in side panels.

    • Large SLA bulk updates now show the correct site-update warning language.

  3. POST/PATCH Site for public API

    New

    2
    • Added POST /v1/site so integrators can create sites with core details like address, monitoring, notes, client links, terms acceptance, SLA, and owner assignments.

    • Added PATCH /v1/site/{id} so integrators can update those same core site details on existing sites.

    Improved

    2
    • Improved bulk delete reliability so large delete jobs are more predictable and easier to track.

    • Improved site deletion so related records are handled safely and deleted addresses can be restored later.

    Fixed

    4
    • Fixed partner export behavior so all expected addresses are included in client-site.json.

    • Fixed D-Tools and Portal.io imports so contacts without a last name no longer fail import.

    • Fixed the Day 1 submission flow so missing primary clients no longer cause failures.

    • Fixed conversation drafts so deleted drafts stay in sync after refresh and across browser tabs.

  4. Improved Stripe Settings visibility

      • Payout details

    • Conversation composer and side panel issues, including assignee dropdown flicker, draft reply state loss, requester lookup and error copy, attachment display, merge suggestions, and conversation identification from inbound SMS.

    • Sidekick panel regressions so it stays open when expected and no longer auto-opens or closes unexpectedly on refresh or URL-param flows.

    • Signal scheduling and notification issues, including recurring schedule duplication, mobile transcript layout, invalid SMS handling, holiday deadline display, and fallback routing.

    • View and list behavior so large-screen scrolling, duplicate rows, pagination, nav resize persistence, and Me assignee filtering work correctly.

    • Notification and email edge cases, including blocked sender handling, brand-group CC filtering, inbox header alignment, and outbound header size limits.

  5. Introducing the ProVision Public API

    New

    4
    • ProVision Public API

The new ProVision Public API gives partners a faster way to connect ProVision data to their own tools and workflows.

    • Partners can now generate API keys in Settings → Integrations → Developer and get started with the API docs.

    • Fixed edge case where users trying to set assignee would cause application to flicker on Windows devices.

    • Editing a recurring Signal schedule no longer creates duplicate or missing events after save.

  7. Suggested Merge Targets

    New

    2
    • Introducing Suggested Merge Targets

      • Previously when a user went to merge a conversation, they had to search for the conversation they want to merge into. Now users will see Suggested Merge Targets, which is non-closed conversations for the requester + currently opened tabs in ProVision.
      • These Suggested Merge Targets aim to help our users workflow to faster merge conversations, by reducing the need to search for the conversation they want to merge into.
