Introducing AI Macros ✨

AI-powered macro text snippets generate draft content while preserving the existing review and approval flow.

Previously, macros only had static text templates that could be dropped into the message composer. Now with AI Macros, you can define an AI prompt in the Create/Edit Macro dialog. When the macro is applied, the prompt plus the context of the conversation gets passed into an AI model to generate text for the outgoing message or internal note.

Favorite macros

• Introducing Favorite Macros! Users of ProVision now have the ability to select macros as a favorite and they will always show up outside of the folders on the top of their list of macros.
• Simply star the macros you use most.
• Using favorite macros now, users of ProVision can select which macros they most often use and have them saved outside of the folder underneath their favorites list. Still easily searchable with auto-completes. Favorite macros are an easier way for users to find the macro they use most.

Macros: managing folders no longer surfaces other partners' folders; the list stays scoped to your partner.
