Control whether Signal automatically assigns conversations to the on-call agents it notifies.

Enhanced Signal Incident interface within a conversation. Users can now see a notification history and plan on the conversation timeline. This shows who is being notified, when, and by which channel. The purpose of this is to bring better visibility into the notifications within a Signal incident.

Signal email and SMS notifications now open the specific conversation directly instead of landing in a broader conversation view.

Signal repeat intervals expanded up to 60 with autocomplete.

Signal scheduling and notification issues, including recurring schedule duplication, mobile transcript layout, invalid SMS handling, holiday deadline display, and fallback routing.

Editing a recurring Signal schedule no longer creates duplicate or missing events after save.

Invalid Signal SMS destinations no longer interrupt notification flows and can safely fall back when needed.
