Prevented recurring Signal notification jobs from crashing when a schedule contained malformed condition nodes; invalid nodes are skipped with logging instead of taking down the run.

Added Signal incidents to the conversation timeline so on-call escalations show in context. Users can now resolve a Signal Incident from a conversation without a need of sending an internal node. Simply click “Resolve” to resolve the incident!

Recurring on-call escalation notifications now correctly notify the scheduled agent and send Twilio messages or calls; duplicate Slack alerts for the same escalation were reduced.

You can now view the Signal on-call schedule from mobile with day and agenda views.
