Fixed issue where Signal notifications in Provision inbox would revert to unread after being marked as read.

Fixed Signal schedule current time indicator displaying in browser timezone instead of partner timezone.

Fixed a bug where if a partner did not have a valid slack auth token, Signal would fail and not notify other channels.

Added the ability to trigger Signal from a macro action.

Signal Update: Smarter On-Call Scheduling

• Signal schedules now support filters for Assignee Groups and Client Segments, giving you more control over who gets notified.
• For example, send alerts for commercial sites to one team and security issues to another.
• If no filters are set, the schedule applies to all conversations (as before).

Signal Notifications 🚨

• Now when a Signal incident is created that you are in the path of escalation for, you will receive a push notification that allows you to take immediate action on that Signal.

Signal scheduled overrides (out-of-office, vacations) can now be scoped to individual schedules.

Macros with a Signal page action now update the Signal status label.

Moved signal call button to be on the right side of the message input window.

Signal: Slack Integration

• You can now route Signal alerts to Slack. Configure it in Settings → Integrations to post real-time alerts to channels or threads of your choosing.

Fixed an issue where Signal overrides weren't saving correctly.
