Conversation side panel now shows an indicator when multiple sites are associated with a conversation, making it easier to see when there are additional sites beyond the one displayed.

When a conversation starts from an agent-identified email address via email (not directly in ProVision), the system will now automatically identify the participant as an agent.

• Choose from options like:
  • Send and Solve: Close the loop with one click.
  • Send and Snooze: Pick it up tomorrow or next week.
  • Send Later: Schedule delivery for a specific time, such as tomorrow at 9 AM or any custom date and time.
• Every scheduled message can be viewed, edited, or rescheduled, and drafts auto-save automatically. You can also configure scheduled sends to cancel automatically if something changes, such as a new reply, status update, or assignee change.
• It's a simple way to stay intentional and in control, keeping communication on your timeline and your team in sync.

Added visibility to CC's in "view original email".

Merged conversations are now "soft deleted". Soft deleted conversations can be recovered, or permanently deleted.

Fixed an issue where internal notes were persisting a draft even after the note was posted.

You can add state as a display column to quickly scan address info.

Deleted conversations: Opening a deleted conversation now shows a read-only page with a Restore button (for authorized admins).

The merged-from conversation is now soft deleted to reduce clutter while keeping a backlink.
