Changelog: Public API

The public API now includes a GET client endpoint with contact details.

Added public API support to update a conversation with PATCH and to fetch a single platform user with GET, including assignee group context where applicable. *Available to select pilot partners

Added public REST endpoints for integrators to fetch a single site and to retrieve conversation context aligned with in-product behavior. This is currently in beta preview for select users.

Public API: Clients & Sites

• Partners can now access Client and Site data via our public API. This enables deeper integrations with external tools and internal systems.

Webhooks: Conversation Events

• ProVision now supports webhooks for key conversation events like conversation.created, conversation.updated, and message.created. Configure them in Settings → API & Webhooks.
