Changelog: Sites

Fixed an issue where users were unable to remove a client from a site if they had labels associated.

Creating a new site + client during conversation creation no longer shows undefined in the Clients field.

Revamped layout of Site Documentation section to enable collapsing of sections and better usage of space when using the full page view.

Added Alarm.com to doorbells site documentation dropdown.

Site documentation: Added Laundry Room as a network location and expanded ISP options (Altafiber, Sonic, Verizon 5G Home Internet, Frontier Fiber, 3-Rivers).

Sites → Activity Tab

• A brand-new Activity tab shows the full history of a site: address changes, service level updates, client associations, and more. Entries are live, ordered newest first, with relative time stamps.

Removed unused "save" button in Site edit mode.

Fixed issue with search index that was preventing updates to client or site email addresses from being searchable by the new email.

Fixed an issue where deleting a site could leave orphaned conversations.

Custom Fields

• You can now define custom fields for Clients and Sites. Create text, dropdown, date, or number fields to capture data specific to your workflow. Configure in Settings → Custom Fields.

Fixed issue where saving custom fields cleared unsaved changes in other sections.

Fixed alignment issue in the Site details panel.
