Smart Send: Control Your Flow — Take control of your timing and workflow. With Smart Send, ProVision lets you decide what happens when you hit send: act immediately, pair it with an action, or schedule it for later.

• Choose from options like:
  • Send and Solve: Close the loop with one click.
  • Send and Snooze: Pick it up tomorrow or next week.
  • Send Later: Schedule delivery for a specific time, such as tomorrow at 9 AM or any custom date and time.
• Every scheduled message can be viewed, edited, or rescheduled, and drafts auto-save automatically. You can also configure scheduled sends to cancel automatically if something changes, such as a new reply, status update, or assignee change.
• It's a simple way to stay intentional and in control, keeping communication on your timeline and your team in sync.

• Say goodbye to tedious data entry. ProVision now offers AI-powered auto-fill for Site Documentation, allowing you to instantly populate documentation fields using information contained in site files.

  1. Upload a PDF—like a system proposal, design doc, or rack layout.
  2. Click the "Auto-Fill Site Documentation" button.
  3. Let ProVision scan the files and intelligently extract key details—then automatically fill out the corresponding fields.
• This update is designed to eliminate redundant manual input and significantly speed up your documentation workflow.

Signal Update: Smarter On-Call Scheduling

• Signal schedules now support filters for Assignee Groups and Client Segments, giving you more control over who gets notified.
• For example, send alerts for commercial sites to one team and security issues to another.
• If no filters are set, the schedule applies to all conversations (as before).

Merged conversations are now "soft deleted". Soft deleted conversations can be recovered, or permanently deleted.

Deleted conversations: Opening a deleted conversation now shows a read-only page with a Restore button (for authorized admins).

The merged-from conversation is now soft deleted to reduce clutter while keeping a backlink.
