Time-Based Email Routing (per partner)

• New conversations created from email can now route differently during vs outside your business hours. Configure default assignee groups for Support and Membership so after-hours can go to Basic (or a partner-specific group) while business-hours traffic goes to your daytime team. Honors your existing business hours and holiday calendar.

Marketing Opt-Out in Client UI

• A Marketing Opt Out toggle is now available in the Create/Update Client dialog. Client lists also include a Marketing Opt Out column (filterable & sortable) with ✅/❌ indicators.

Copy Terms of Service (ToS) URL

• Quickly copy your partner's ToS link from Quick Actions or from the Partner tab → General header (shows a "Copied!" snackbar).

Labels: No Hidden Limits + Cleaner Chips

• All labels now appear on a single line. If space runs out, you'll see a compact +X more chip with a tooltip listing the rest. Chips are sleeker, preserve colors, and keep hover-to-remove.

Email addresses are treated consistently regardless of capitalization. This prevents duplicates like User@Example.com vs user@example.com which improves threading, lookup, and participant matching.

Updated how requester changes work in conversations. Changing the requester will no longer automatically update the site. If the new requester isn't associated with the current site, you'll now see a confirmation prompt asking whether to add them — helping prevent incorrect site changes for multi-site users.

Sites → Activity Tab

• A brand-new Activity tab shows the full history of a site: address changes, service level updates, client associations, and more. Entries are live, ordered newest first, with relative time stamps.

Improved the visibility of the help and support button in navigation.

UI rollback system for safer/faster deploy rollbacks.

Client data import supports creation a project if a Project Stage is set.

Iterable sync now runs automatically on import.

@Group Mentions

• In addition to @user mentions, you can now mention assignee groups in Conversations. Just type @ and pick a group (like @Advanced Support) to notify everyone in that group at once.
  • Team-wide notifications: All members of the group get notified automatically.
  • No duplicates: We prevent overlap if someone's already notified as a user, assignee, or participant.
  • Simple to use: Groups appear right in the same autocomplete list as users.
• This makes it easier than ever to bring the right team into a conversation quickly and confidently.

Site labels now sync to Iterable email platform for better segmentation capabilities.

Improved how we query for notification data on conversation updates, to reduce load on the system.

Fixed issue where "deleted profile" flashed when a conversation was loading.

Signal Notifications 🚨

• Now when a Signal incident is created that you are in the path of escalation for, you will receive a push notification that allows you to take immediate action on that Signal.

UI Theming: Dark Mode, Light Mode, and System Default

• ProVision now supports dark mode and system-matching themes. Choose your preference in Settings → Profile:
  • Light Mode (default)
  • Dark Mode
  • System (auto-adjusts based on your OS settings)
• Theme applies immediately, and your choice syncs across all your ProVision sessions.

AI-generated message replies are now tracked in conversation history for auditability and clarity.

Fixed an issue where viewing a conversation with Twilio SMS activity caused an error.

Macro Quick Switcher

• The Macro sidebar now includes a search bar and keyboard navigation. Just type to filter and press Enter to apply.

Rule Improvements

• Added filter for last update by user to target replies from specific people.
• Added trigger for client phone number updated on client records.
• Added a rule action to send a Signal page.
• Rule schedules now respect the partner's timezone (not UTC).

Signal scheduled overrides (out-of-office, vacations) can now be scoped to individual schedules.

Macros with a Signal page action now update the Signal status label.

Macro descriptions now support formatting and hyperlinks.

Fixed an issue with merge conversation where the timeline didn't always sort in the right order after merge.

Image Zoom

• Click any image in a Conversation to open a full-screen preview (press Escape or click outside to close).

Macro Description

• Macros now support a description field. Use it to explain what the macro does, when to use it, or who it's for. When browsing macros, the description appears as a secondary line to help you pick the right one.

• You can now route Signal alerts to Slack. Configure it in Settings → Integrations to post real-time alerts to channels or threads of your choosing.

Updated labels and descriptions in the Settings area to be more accurate and reflective.

Improved search score matching when query contains both first and last name.

Fixed an issue where Signal overrides weren't saving correctly.

Fixed an issue where updates in settings weren't always propagating until a page refresh.
