Merge Conversations

• You can now merge two conversations from the action menu. All activity from the merged conversation appears in the timeline of the target conversation.

Rule Improvements

• Site created trigger now available.
• Trigger conditions let you define when a rule should fire. For example, When Status changed can be paired with from Open to fire only when transitioning from Open, not every status update.

Keyboard shortcuts are now listed by screen/category.

Signal now shows a "created by" label in the call history log.

Smart Sync for Alarm.com

• ProVision now syncs account data from Alarm.com, enabling powerful workflows and contextual customer data. Set up the integration in Settings → Integrations.

Signal Schedules

• Added an option to automatically page the next escalation step if the current on-call user is the assignee of the conversation. This prevents redundant notifications and speeds up response times.

Improved UI for the AI Assistant settings section.

Added support for scheduling overrides in Signal (vacations, OOO).

Fixed an issue where file uploads would occasionally fail silently.

Fixed an issue where the conversation list would flash when navigating between views.

Durable Response Times

• When a conversation is solved without a team reply, the platform now correctly preserves the response time from a previous interaction instead of marking it as "No reply needed."

Signal: Schedule Filtering

• Signal schedules now support filtering by conversation attributes (e.g., Site Labels, Service Levels). This allows you to route certain types of incidents to specific on-call rotations.

Added keyboard navigation support to autocomplete menus.

Improved handling of empty or malformed email addresses during ingest.

Fixed issue where the Snooze icon was not rendering correctly.

Fixed an issue with phone-based lookups in conversation creation.

Public API: Clients & Sites

• Partners can now access Client and Site data via our public API. This enables deeper integrations with external tools and internal systems.

Webhooks: Conversation Events

• ProVision now supports webhooks for key conversation events like conversation.created, conversation.updated, and message.created. Configure them in Settings → API & Webhooks.

Signal pages now include metadata about the source conversation.

Improved error handling in the bulk import process.

Consolidated duplicated code in notification paths.

Fixed an issue where deleting a site could leave orphaned conversations.

Introducing Signal 🚨

• Signal is our new on-call paging and alerting system. Create schedules, define escalation paths, and trigger alerts via Rules or manual page.
• Schedules: Define who is on call and when.
• Escalation Policies: Set time-based escalation if the on-call person doesn't respond.
• Pages: Trigger an alert manually or via automation that contacts the on-call user(s) by SMS, call, or push notification.
• Signal helps teams respond faster to urgent issues and ensures coverage around the clock.

Fixed an issue where CC'd participants were duplicated in email threads.

Fixed an edge case where uploading very large files could timeout silently.

AI Summary

• Conversations now feature an AI-generated summary at the top of the panel. It provides a quick overview of the key points discussed, making it easier to catch up on long threads.

Collapse/Expand Email Threads

• Email chains in the timeline can now be collapsed for cleaner viewing. Click to expand and view the full quoted thread.

Improved search indexing for faster lookups.

Updated the color palette for labels to improve contrast.

Fixed an issue where re-opening a snoozed conversation didn't always remove it from the snoozed list.

Fixed formatting bug in exported CSV reports.

Dispatch Workflow

• Conversations can now be dispatched to field techs. Create a Dispatch record, assign a tech, and optionally schedule the visit. Dispatched conversations are tracked in a new Dispatch list.

Contextual Email Sync

• When replying to a conversation via email, ProVision now preserves more context and formats the thread cleanly.

Added support for inline image pasting in the composer.

Updated loading states across the UI.

Improved accessibility labels on buttons.

Fixed an issue where certain email attachments wouldn't render inline.

Fixed a bug where snooze times were off by an hour during DST transitions.

Projects: Phase Support

• Projects can now be assigned a Phase (e.g., Proposal, Installation, Closeout). Phases help track project status at a glance.

Label Syncing

• Labels are now synced in real-time across open tabs.
