Site Labels

• Apply custom labels to Sites for categorization (e.g., VIP, New Install, At Risk). Labels can be used in filters and Rules.

Labels show on Site cards in the list view.

Updated how requester changes work in conversations. Changing the requester will no longer automatically update the site. If the new requester isn't associated with the current site, you'll now see a confirmation prompt asking whether to add them.

Edit Internal Notes — You can now edit your own private notes after posting them.

Rules by Site Label — Rules can now be configured using Site Labels.

Faster Message Sending — Messages now appear instantly when you press Send.

Styled Mentions — Mentions keep their visual styling both in the message input and when sent.

Draft Enhancements — AI-generated replies are now saved automatically as drafts.

When replying to client emails, anyone the client CC'd will now stay included automatically.

Signal-resolved related rules will now only run when a conversation actually has an unresolved Signal incident linked.
