ProVision
Every Memberships change in ProVision, newest first.
Service Level and Terms of Service selectors now use an updated inline menu experience in side panels.
Trialing clients now stay in the membership plan flow instead of being sent to the billing portal too early.
Fixed the Day 1 submission flow so missing primary clients no longer cause failures.
Subscription status tracking is now separated from subscription phase, making membership state easier to understand and troubleshoot.
Memberships without a schedule now show a No schedule empty state instead of leaving the section blank.
Subscription quick actions now include pause and unpause controls.
Added partner-managed Privacy Policy and Terms of Service links in settings → memberships. Partners can now have a unique terms of service per client segment.
Added configurable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy fields in Membership settings so legal links can be managed in ProVision and tailored by client segment.
Implemented paused subscription states so memberships can be paused until a set date and resumed more predictably from the membership details view. This will allow the system to handle things like seasonal memberships more gracefully.
Fixed subscription scheduling so changing a CPP expiration no longer removes an upcoming pre-sold membership, and the pre-sold is rescheduled correctly.
Added background image configuration for membership activation flow pages.
