The conversation side panel now uses a new and improved select menu for status, type, and urgency, with search and keyboard shortcuts.

Conversation participant search is faster and more reliable when finding people across large datasets.

Improved bulk delete reliability so large delete jobs are more predictable and easier to track.

Fixed conversation drafts so deleted drafts stay in sync after refresh and across browser tabs.

Conversation composer and side panel issues, including assignee dropdown flicker, draft reply state loss, requester lookup and error copy, attachment display, merge suggestions, and conversation identification from inbound SMS.

View and list behavior so large-screen scrolling, duplicate rows, pagination, nav resize persistence, and Me assignee filtering work correctly.

Conversation attachments now use a more compact layout, making messages with many files easier to scan.

Fixed edge case where users trying to set assignee would cause application to flicker on Windows devices.

Introducing Suggested Merge Targets

• Previously when a user went to merge a conversation, they had to search for the conversation they want to merge into. Now users will see Suggested Merge Targets, which is non-closed conversations for the requester + currently opened tabs in ProVision.
• These Suggested Merge Targets aim to help our users workflow to faster merge conversations, by reducing the need to search for the conversation they want to merge into.

Incoming text messages can now recognize partner staff by phone number when the sender matches a ProVision user, improving requester identification.

List views on large or zoomed-out screens now scroll reliably.

Improved Conversations so slash and mention menus dismiss on space

Fixed blank search input handling so empty searches fail cleanly instead of throwing errors.

Fixed incoming email processing when duplicate CC recipients were present.

Fixed a Views bug where resizing a column mid-scroll could jump back to the top.
