Introducing “Mini Search”

• Users of ProVision can now use search directly within their navigation, allowing them to search for conversations, sites, and clients while looking at an existing record within ProVision. This search functionality makes it easier for users to find related data, and navigate quickly without having to jump back and forth to the full page search pane.
• Still want to use the old path of full page search? Simply click the button next to the search field to pop it out into full page search mode.
• We built this in direct feedback of our users who are working quickly want wanted to search for data in ProVision while on a conversation, but felt it was cumbersome to go back and forth through the various panes.

Added keyboard navigation to assist with switching between left-nav grouping tabs with Control 1 and Control 2, with matching shortcut hints in tab tooltips.

Failed outbound messages in conversations are easier to spot with clearer delivery-failure styling in the timeline.

Newly created conversations now appear in the Associated Conversations sidebar right away without needing a manual refresh.

Scheduled Send Later emails now include attachments such as PDFs when they are delivered.

Custom views now support rolling 30-, 60-, and 90-day date filters that update automatically over time.

Search results now refresh automatically when records change during an active search, reducing missed updates and duplicate follow-up work.
